What is Shrub?

So what exactly is shrub? A bush? Good guess. Shrub is a syrup made from fruit, herbs, and vinegar. It’s tangy, sweet, and good for your gut. Add a splash to soda or cocktails and suddenly you’re an expert mixologist.
