  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • Sparkling water
  • Ice
  • 1/4 oz maple syrup or honey syrup (optional, for rounding)
  • Lime wheel and fresh mint or rosemary (optional garnish)

Instructions

1. Ice, Ice Baby:
Start with your favorite pretty glass PACKED with ice.

2. Pour That Pucker:
Splash in that Tart Cherry Shrubadee! Shrub and a squeeze of fresh lime.

3. Sweeten The Deal (Optional):
Want a softer landing? Drizzle in a touch of maple or honey syrup.

4. Bubble It Up:
Pour sparkling water over the top and watch it fizz to life.

5. Stir, Garnish, & Glow:
Give it a gentle stir, no aggressive shrub shaking required. Garnish with a lime wheel, fresh cherries, or whatever feels fanciest to you, our little princess.

Make It a Cocktail

Add the following and shake with ice before adding some bubbles:
